Summary

You are allowed to

• Create Unlimited Physical End Products*• Create Unlimited Digital End Products*• Create your own items that you sell on Print-on-Demand (POD) sites*• Convert digi stamps to other formats for your clients*• Use the digi stamps in new projects forever. This is a Single Sale License whichnever expires.

* Please read the right way to use the products below.

Attribution is welcomed but not required.

You are not allowed to

• Resell, sub-license, share or (re)distribute any of the digital designs.• Install or embed any of the digital designs on 3rd party platforms/servers.• Convert digital designs to other formats and sell those as new digital designs.

Physical End Products

You are allowed to

• Download a digital design and print/transfer it on a physical item without makingmodifications and subsequently sell that physical item.• Download a digital design, modify it, and print/transfer it on a physical item andsubsequently sell that physical item.• Sell unlimited copies of the physical items that you create with a design.• The physical product can be sold worldwide for an unlimited amount of time (forexample, product packaging, apparel, and more).• Create physical products that you give away, to friends or as part of a promotionalproduct.• Create and keep selling physical items using the digital design forever. The Single SalesLicense never expires.

You are not allowed to

• Provide a digital copy of the original digital desing with your physical product.

Digital End Products

You are allowed to

• Use digital designs to create a new design. For example, you are allowed to use flowerdigi stamps to create a floral themed greeting card as long as you create a new designand don’t just copy them on the card. See example below.• Create new designs combining multiple downloaded digital designs and adding items ofyour own, as long as the new design is flattened and the original items cannot beextracted.

You are not allowed to

• Create end products that compete with the original product. For example, you cannotbundle multiple digital designs and sell that as a new product, or simply change basicelements such as color and size and sell that as a new product.• Create a digital product that includes single elements or allows users to extract theelements that you’ve used (all designs must be flattened).

Print on Demand (POD) Usage

You are allowed

• Create and upload crafts and graphics to POD sites that are vastly different from theoriginal. This means adding your own elements, adding colors and fonts. See anexample below.• Generate unlimited sales via POD sites.• Ship valid POD products worldwide.

You are not allowed

• Simply upload designs without adding distinctive new design elements.• Combine multiple products to create a ‘new’ design and sell that.
