Refunds and Exchanges

All graphic purchases are NON-Refundable. Once they have been emailed to you there is no way for me to retrieve them. 

Custom design orders are also NON-Refundable. Once work begins on a project my time, energy and effort is already invested.

COMMERCIAL LICENSE Terms of Use

♥Digital printable files: You may use my products to create digital printable files (personally or commercially). 

♥Printed products: You may use my products to create printed stationery, handmade or printed cards, brochures, flyers, business cards, printed party or stationery elements, games, jewelry, clothing, accessories, home decoration etc. You can also create stationery or other printed products at Zazzle, Cafe Press, Etsy and in your own store.

♥Logo and web design: You can use my products commercially to create logo and web designs to sell if the clip art or papers are part of the design. You may not sell the graphic as is, or as the logo by itself. You may create website/blog templates, banners, headers, footers, buttons and store front designs if it is flattened and 72 DPI.

♥Digital scrapbooking: You may use all products for your personal use, and only for commercial use if you modify the clip art and papers in some way.

♥Embroidery Digitization: You can use my products commercially or personally.

♥Teachers and educators: You can use my products personally or commercially for digital games, educational worksheets, or for any other educational usage.

This license is for small business use only (250 distributions or less). Anything else may require an extended license.

For printed/physical items:

Up to 250 products made using the one paper set in
• Personal printed media such as invitations, labels, cards (up to 250 copies)
• Physical crafts, clothing and jewelry made and sold by you, not a third party (up to 250 items)

For digital items:

Up to 250 sales in total made using any one paper pack (no limit on number of products)

*YOU MAY NOT* resell as is, redistribute my original files, turn into brushes/tubes or shapes, create rubber stamps from the image, resell as clip art, or offer as freebies. Please do not claim the graphics as your own, the copyright remains with me at all times.
