By purchasing products from Upzaz™ you agree to the Terms of Use.

Your purchase of our products grants you one non-transferable, non-exclusive non-profit/personal use and small commercial use rights license. The majority of our products are design resources and cannot be sold "AS IS" but may be used to create your own designs. No graphic credit is required for personal/non-profit use and small business commercial use.

• Your purchase of these images grants you one-transferable, non-exclusive personal use and small commercial use right license.
• Your MAY use these designs in unlimited ways for PERSONAL classroom, crafting and creative projects.
• You MAY use these designs for COMMERCIAL crafting and creative projects, including business cards, banners, websites and use in your educational resources and/or to create education resources to be sold on websites such as Luvly.co, etc. All images MUST be a part of another image/design you create and MUST be flattened and saved as a PNG, JPEG or PDF file(s).
• You MAY use these designs in your interactive whiteboard products.
• You MAY use these designs in your own personal website, blog design, but MAY NOT be used for commercial website/blog design services, i.e., creating and selling website or blog designs.

• If you create products (digital or physical on Luvly.co or other sites), our commercial standard license is for 1000 items or less. For extended commercial use exceeding 1000 items, please contact us for a mass production license.

The owner of Upzaz™ shall not be held liable for any damages resulting from downloading any digital products and/or the use of any digital downloaded products.

Upzaz™ reserves the right to modify the Terms of Use for all products at any time without prior notice. After such modifications it is your agreement to follow the updated/revised Terms of Use for all new products purchased.

Your purchases will always have to adhere to the usage agreements and copyrights - regardless of whether Upzaz is in business or if the artist no longer sells downloadable clipart, digital papers, vectors, digital stamps.

Due to the digital nature of this business credits, exchanges and refunds are not offered.

Q: WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

A: Your order will be available for instant download in your account once your purchase is complete.

Q: HOW DO I OPEN A ZIP FILE?

A: There are a several different ways to extract files from a zip folder. A few ways to unzip/extract a zip folder are listed below.

1) You can double click on the zip folder to open it, select all the files inside, and drag them onto your desktop or into a new folder.

2) You can unzip a zip folder by following the instructions below.

1. “Right click” on the ZIP file
2. Select “Extract all”
3. Select a “Destination” location where you would like to extract your files.
4. Select “OK” or “EXTRACT”
5. Click to open the folder where the files are now saved and the contents will appear.

3) There are a variety of extraction programs available to unzip/extract zip files. A few extraction programs we have use are 7-zip, WinZip or Stuffit Expander. 

Q: WHAT IS THE RESOLUTION, DIMENSIONS AND FORMAT OF THE GRAPHICS?

All graphic images are saved as high resolution quality 300 dpi.

CLIPART:
Each clipart graphic image is saved separately as a 6" x 6" as high resolution quality 300 dpi JPG file (white background) and as a PNG file (transparent background).

Some clipart collections will also include a vector EPS file format. Clipart graphic(s) that are saved as a EPS file are fully customizble in illustrator.

DIGITAL PAPER PACKS:
Each digital paper image is saved separately as a 12" x 12" high resolution quality 300 dpi JPG file and as a PNG file.

PRINTABLES
All printables are saved as high resolution quality 300 dpi JPG, PNG or PDF format for easy printing purposes. 

Our digital files will are delivered electronically as an instant download ZIP folder format to compress file size, contain the quality of the artwork and to make for easier downloads. 

Q: WHY DOES MY CLIPART IMAGE HAVE A WHITE BACKGROUND?

A: Clipart saved as a JPG file will have a white background behind the clipart image.

Clipart saved as a PNG file will have a transparent background (no color) behind the clipart image. 

If you do not want the white background you will need to open the PNG file clipart image in your program.

Q: AM I REQUIRED TO GIVE GRAPHIC CREDIT TO UPZAZ FOR PERSONAL OR COMMERCIAL USE?

A: No graphic credit is required, but always appreciated.

Q: I CANNOT OPEN MY FILE(S). I RECEIVED A MESSAGE STATING MY DOWNLOAD IS EMPTY, DAMAGED, PASSWORD PROTECTED, CORRUPT?

A: If you receive an error message when you download a zip folder or when extracting the files from the zip folder please follow the instructions listed below.

1. Delete the .zip file you downloaded from your computer.
2. Empty your recycle bin.
3. Clear your temporary internet files.
4. Download the zip file again and unzip the zip file.

If you still have problems, please contact us.

Q: MY COMPUTER CRASHED, CAN YOU RESEND ME THE FILES THAT I PURCHASED?

A: Yes! Just send us a message with your order information and/or contact information and we will email your purchased files to you.

Q: DO I HAVE ACCESS TO PRODUCT UPDATES? 

A: Yes, but currently product updates will not be available to you via Luvly account download link. Just send us a message with your order information and we will email you the new product updates.
