Versatile, it comes in a transparent .PNG, layered .PSD, an .AI vector (legacy version) and an .EPS vector as well. (Also included is a CS6 version of .AI, just in case). You can just edit text and replace the symbol on top. “&” symbol shown is included. Also there are several grunge overlay layers, halftone, vignette - as shown in the preview. You even get the floral corners in the .PSD file. Of course, you can totally strip it down and just use a single color logo.
